Refund policy

Damaged or defective items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds:

Items in like-new condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. “Like-new” means the product has been opened and demoed but shows no signs of use, wear, or damage, and is returned with all original parts, accessories, and undamaged packaging in the same condition in which it was received.

You are responsible for return shipping costs to our USA returns center. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You may need to contact your local customs office to recover any import duties or fees paid at delivery.
