Refund policy

Damaged or defective items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds:

Unused items in their original, unopened and undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Your are responsible for return shipping costs to our USA returns center. Original shipping cost are not refundable. You will need to contact your local customs office to recover any import duties or fees that may have paid. Please contact us at hello@ecouteaudio.com for a return merchandise tracking number and return shipping instructions before mailing your return.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items:

Used items or items that have been removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.
