This firmware updater is required only for first-generation TH1 headphones shipped in 2024. It is used to install a necessary firmware update to enable compatibility with the écoute audio tuning app.

Headphones shipped in January 2025 or later do not require this tool.

Not sure when your headphones were shipped?

Download the écoute audio tuning app from the App Store or Google Play and test for compatibility:

  • If your headphones can connect to the app, no firmware update is needed.
  • If they do not connect, a firmware update is required—and this tool is needed to install it.

Once your 2024 headphones are updated, all future firmware updates will be handled directly through the app, and this tool will no longer be necessary.

⚠️ A Windows PC is required. This tool is not compatible with macOS.

Refund policy

Damaged or defective items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds:

Original shipping cost are not refundable. You will need to contact your local customs office to recover any import duties or fees that may have paid. Used items or items that have been removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.
