TH1 Firmware Updater Tool (2024 Headphones)

This firmware updater is required only for first-generation TH1 headphones shipped in 2024. It is used to install a necessary firmware update to enable compatibility with the écoute audio tuning app.

NOTE, BEFORE YOU ORDER—This tool is only needed for headphones purchased in 2024. Currently shipping headphones and any headphones purchased in 2025 DO NOT NEED THIS TOOL.

Not sure when your headphones were shipped?

Download the écoute audio tuning app from the App Store or Google Play and test for compatibility:

• If your headphones can connect to the app, no firmware update is needed.
• If they do not connect, a firmware update is required—and this tool is needed to install it.

Once your 2024 headphones are updated, all future firmware updates will be handled directly through the app, and this tool will no longer be necessary.
